We offer personalized and print-on-demand jewelry products, including message card gifts and other customized items. We create the designs for all cards. All products are made to order, prepared, fulfilled, and shipped by our U.S.-based production partner directly from within the United States. We act as an intermediary and do not physically handle, store, or ship any products ourselves.

3. Product Information

Each product is made to order once a purchase is completed. We make every effort to display product details and colors accurately, but variations may occur due to differences in monitors or production processes. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept secure payment methods offered through our platform (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, or major credit cards). Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

5. No Returns Policy

All products are custom-made print-on-demand items. Because each piece is made specifically for you, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been submitted.

We will provide a replacement or refund only if:

  • the item arrives damaged or defective; or
  • the wrong product was received.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@heartbeatmoments.co and include a description and clear photos of the issue. We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are produced and shipped from the United States. Processing time is typically 2–5 business days, and delivery time depends on your selected shipping method and location.

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses,
  • customs or postal issues, or
  • events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, force majeure).

7. Taxes & Duties

Sales tax may apply depending on your state of residence and will be calculated at checkout when required by law. We are not responsible for any additional local or municipal taxes that may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeartbeatMoments, its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

All content and materials on this website — including but not limited to images, product descriptions, message card designs, texts, and layout compositions — are the exclusive property of HeartbeatMoments and are protected by international copyright laws.

The message card designs, including written texts and artwork, are original creations of HeartbeatMoments and are protected by copyright from the moment of creation, even if not formally registered. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of our designs or content without prior written permission from HeartbeatMoments. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable copyright law.

10. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy. We strive to comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except for the purpose of order fulfillment. HeartbeatMoments sells products exclusively to customers located within the United States. All products are personalized, prepared, fulfilled, and shipped by our U.S.-based production partner.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of this website, or any purchase made through this website shall be resolved in the competent courts of the operator’s place of business, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
